Key In Ignition Reminder

Then the multifunction alarm module detects the key is in the ignition (signal is low) and the driver door is open (signal is low), it activates an audible warning. The multifunction alarm module activates the key- in-ignition warning when all of the following occurs:
- The ignition switch is OFF with the key in the ignition.
- The key-in-ignition switch signal is low.
- The driver door jamb switch signal is low (driver door open).

The key-in-warning chime will stop sounding if one of the following occurs:
- Removing the key from the ignition.
- Closing the driver door.
