High Mounted Stoplamp Replacement (Roof Mounted)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the screws that retain the high mount stoplamp to the roof.
2. Remove the high mount stoplamp from the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector. Pull the body wiring harness connector through the hole in the roof and disconnect.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the body wiring harness connector. Push the connector through the hole in the roof in order to install the electrical connector.
2. Install the high mount stoplamp to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the screws that retain the high mount stoplamp to the roof.

Tighten
Tighten the high mount stoplamp screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
