Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.




1. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector (3).




2. Remove the oil pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the oil pressure sensor.

Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).




2. Connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector (3).
