Coaxial Cable Replacement - Cellular Telephone

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
2. Remove the right rear seat cushion.
3. Remove the communication interface module.
4. Remove the navigation control processor bracket.
5. Pass the cellular telephone coax cable through the carpet opening.
6. Remove the seat back, left and right side.
7. Remove the front door sill plates.
8. Remove the rear door sill plates.
9. Remove the center pillar trim panels.
10. Remove the rear quarter upper trim panels.
11. Remove the lower rear quarter trim panels.
12. Remove the left coat hook.
13. Remove the tool kit carrier.
14. Remove the child restraint tether anchors.
15. Lift and fold the carpet over the bucket seats.
16. Remove the coax cable fasteners from the floor panel,




17. Remove the coax cable fasteners from the left third pillar.




18. Disconnect the coax cable (1) from the window mounted coupling.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the coax cable (1) to the window mounted coupling.




2. Attach the coax cable fasteners to the left third pillar.




3. Attach the coax cable fasteners to the floor panel.
4. Position the carpet to the floor panel, aligning the holes in the carpet to the seat studs on the floor panel.
5. Pass the cellular telephone coax cable through the carpet opening
6. Install the child restraint tether anchors.
7. Install the tool kit carrier.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

8. Install the 3 tool carrier nuts to the floor studs.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

9. Install the lower rear quarter trim panels.
10. Install the rear quarter upper trim panels.
11. Install the center pillar trim panels.
12. Install the left coat hook.
13. Install the rear door sill plates.
14. Install the front door sill plates.
15. Install the seat back, right and left side.
16. Install the navigation control processor bracket to the floor panel.
17. Install the right rear seat cushion.
18. Install the communication interface module.
19. Adjust the right seat cushion to a passenger position.
