Instrument Panel (IP) - Trim Panel Replacement - Lower

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim bezel.
2. Remove the center console, if equipped.




3. Open the I/P compartment door.
4. Remove the bolts retaining the lower trim panel to the I/P assembly.




5. Disconnect all of the electrical connectors.
6. Remove the lower trim panel from the I/P assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect all of the electrical connectors.




2. Install the bolts connecting the lower trim panel to the I/P assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the center console, if equipped.
4. Install the I/P cluster trim bezel.
