Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front Outer

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
2. Remove the front seat inner adjuster finish cover. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Inner (Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Inner) .
3. Remove the front seat outer adjuster finish cover. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Outer (Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Outer) .
4. Remove the front seat back cushion. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Front (Seat Back Replacement - Front) .
5. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Seat Cushion Replacement - Front)
6. Lift the retaining spring (4) and remove the seat adjuster handle (1) from the outer seat adjuster (5).
7. Remove the outer seat adjuster (5) from the seat adjuster lateral rod.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the outer seat adjuster (5) to the seat adjuster lateral rod.
2. Install the seat adjuster handle (1) to the outer seat adjuster (5). Ensure that the handle is locked into position by the retaining spring (4).
3. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Front (Seat Cushion Replacement - Front)
4. Install the front seat back cushion. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Front (Seat Back Replacement - Front) .
5. Install the front seat outer adjuster finish cover. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Outer (Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Outer) .
6. Install the front seat inner adjuster finish cover. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Inner (Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front Inner) .
7. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
