Instrument Panel (IP) - Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Lower

CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) LOWER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the floor console.
2. Remove the 4 screws that retain the closeout panel to the instrument panel (IP) substrate.
3. Remove the closeout panel from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the closeout panel to the vehicle.
2. Install the 4 screws that retain the closeout panel to the IP.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Install the floor console.
