DR-15B Charging Field Control Circuit

1. With engine operating, connect a voltmeter between logic module black electrical connector terminal No. 2 and ground.
2. Connect a jumper wire to terminal No. 5 of logic module white electrical connector.
3. Momentarily contact other end of jumper wire to logic module mounting stud and note voltmeter reading.
4. If voltmeter reading increases, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module check the terminal in cavity No. 5 of the white connector to make sure it is not crushed causing a poor connection.
5. If voltmeter reading does not increase, proceed to step C.
