Conquest

1. Remove reat seat belts and replace them with new parts.

2. Remove rear side shelf. Rework it as shown in the illustration


Note: If rear side shelf has been reworked, remove pad from seat belt mounting hole.



3. Insert retractor lock pin in hole provided in body and tighten retractor to specified torque.

Specified torque: 35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)



4. Pass anchor plate, buckle and cover through seat belt mounting hole. Then install rear side shelf.


5. Install replacement seat belt in the same location as old part and tighten to specified torque.

Specified torque: 35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)
