- A malfunction of a speed sensor, speed control servo, or vacuum line may be present.

Probable Cause
- Malfunction of the vehicle speed sensor .
- Malfunction of the input speed sensor or output speed sensor .
- Malfunction of the speed control servo.
- Malfunction of the vacuum line.
- Malfunction of the PCM.
