Manual Transmission/Transaxle: Description and Operation

The F5MC1 transaxle is a 5 speed floor shift manual transaxle that features the following gear ratios:

First Gear 3.54
Second Gear 2.13
Third Gear 1.36
Fourth Gear 1.03
Fifth Gear 0.81
Reverse 3.42
Final 3.94

When servicing this transaxle, the output shaft is serviced as a unit. It should not be disassembled and reassembled as transaxle may be damaged.
