DISCUSSION:

Anytime during routine service in the area of the battery or it becomes necessary to remove the positive battery cable/clamp from the battery post, the cable/clamp assembly should be liberally coated with Mopar Dielectric Grease, p/n J8126688. The application of grease will prevent premature corrosion.
