Lighting and Horns: Locations

The brake lamp switch is located under the instrument panel at the brake pedal arm.

The Combination Flasher is located to the right of the Junction Block.

The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) are controlled by the Daytime Running Lamp Module. The DRL module is attached to the Junction Block. The Junction Block is located on the left side of the instrument panel.

The headlamp system is controlled completely by the Body Control Module (BCM). The BCM controls the Park lamps, Headlamps, and Front Fog Lamps using relays located in the Junction Block.

The automatic temperature control system Sun Sensor, located on the top of the instrument panel cover.

The hazard warning system is actuated by a push button located on the top of the steering column between the steering wheel and the instrument panel (Fig. 37).
