SYMPTOM
A/C MODE SWITCH MUX SHORTED TO GROUND

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON and battery voltage above 10.0 volts.

SET CONDITION
The A/C mode switch MUX is less than 1.0 volt for 10 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Determine if fault is present
- A/C heater control shorted to ground
- A/C mode switch MUX circuit shorted to ground
- Body control module
