B2319 - Wiper Hi/Low Control Circuit Open:

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
When the FCM detects a short/low condition.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Integrated power module

Diagnostic test

1. INTEGRATED POWER MODULE
Turn the ignition off.
Replace the Wiper HI/LOW relay with and known good relay.
With the Scan Tool, clear all FCM DTC's.
Turn the Wipers ON then OFF.
With the Scan Tool, read the Wiper DTC's.

Q: Does the Scan Tool read: B2319-WIPER HI/LOW CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN?

YES: Replace the Integrated Power Module in accordance with the service information.
Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test
NO: Test complete.
