This symptom is diagnosed using the test INTERNAL MODULE FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
During power-up each ignition cycle.

SET CONDITION
The OHC fails the internal PCI bus loop-back test.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Overhead console
