Automatic Locking (Safety Lock)

The remote keyless entry system has an automatic locking feature. If the doors are unlocked with the remote transmitter while the control module/receiver is armed the doors are automatically relocked after 30 seconds unless any of the following events occurs:
- The door is opened.
- The ignition switch is turned ON.
- The rear deck lid is opened.
- The hood is opened.
