Antenna: Description and Operation

The two-piece mast antenna is standard equipment. The mast antenna is designed to withstand car washes without damage. The upper portion of the antenna can be unscrewed and removed if height clearance problems occur. If the mast becomes slightly bent, it can be straightened by hand. The mast antenna can be replaced if it is severely bent. Mast antennas must be kept clean for good performance.
