MODELS:

1996 (NS) Town & Country/Caravan/Voyager
1996 (GS) Chrysler Voyager (European Market)

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Vehicles may have white stress marks on interior trim parts near fastener locations, particularly the "D"-pillar trim.

DIAGNOSIS:

Visually inspect the plastic interior trim for white stress marks. If any are found, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves applying heat to the white marks to relieve stress.

1. Using a heat gun, CAREFULLY direct heat to the white mark(s). The white mark should disappear in a few seconds.

NOTE:
APPLYING EXCESSIVE HEAT WILL RESULT IN GLOSSY SPOTS OR DISTORTION OF THE INTERIOR TRIM PANEL.
