P0630-VIN NOT PROGRAMMED IN PCM

- When Monitored:
While the key is on.

- Set Condition:
The VIN was not calibrated into the ECM.





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure
VIN NOT CALIBRATED INTO ECM
1. Using the scan tool, recalibrate the ECM with the proper VIN.

Did the DTC P0630 reset?

Yes

- Replace the ECM.
- Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST (DIESEL). Powertrain Verification Test

No

- Test Complete.
