Brake Backing Plate - Installation

INSTALLATION










1. Install support plate (1) on axle flange and tighten bolts (2) to 203 Nm (150 ft.lbs).
2. Install parking brake cable in the brake lever.
3. Install the park brake shoes Installation.

4. Install axle shaft, refer to Differential and Driveline/Rear Axle.
5. Adjust brake shoes to drum with brake gauge With Adjusting Tool.
6. Install the rotor Brake Rotor - Installation.
7. Install the caliper adapter Disc Brake Caliper Adapter - Installation.
8. Install the caliper Disc Brake Caliper - Installation.
9. Install the wheel and tire assembly Service and Repair.
