Lubricate
    Tie Rod End
      Lubricate outer tie rod ends.
Inspect
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect the front suspension, tie rod ends and boot seals for cracks or leaks and all parts for damage, wear, improper looseness or end play; replace if necessary.
    Fluid - Differential
      Inspect front and rear axle surfaces. If gear oil leakage is suspected, check the fluid level.
    Fluid - A/T
      Inspect automatic transmission fluid if equipped with dipstick.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system.
    Diesel Emissions Fluid
      Check the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank, refill if necessary.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine cooling system protection and hoses.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, hoses, and park brake.
    Battery
      Inspect battery ad clean and tighten terminals as required.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
      Replace engine fuel filter element. Replace the chassis mounted fuel filter element.
    Engine Oil
      Replace the engine oil and filter every 15,000 miles (24,000 km) or six months, or sooner if prompted by the oil change indicator system. Under no circumstances should oil change intervals exceed 15,000 miles (24,000 km) or six months or 500 hours, whichever comes first.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate the tires. Rotate at the first sign of irregular wear, even if it occurs before the oil indicator system turns on.
