SYMPTOM/CONDITION
On some vehicles objectionable wind noise may be created around the front doors when driving at highway speeds. The following diagnosis and repair procedures have been developed to eliminate the noise.
DIAGNOSIS
- To repair a fairly loud wind noise, refer to Procedure A.
This method will provide a solution for repairing most wind noises and is the starting point for almost all repairs of this type.
- Procedure B will have to be performed to repair minor wind noises not eliminated by performing Procedure A.
