REMOVAL

Remover, Audio Unit:

SPECIAL TOOL(S)

All audio units

NOTE: The following removal and installation procedure applies to all original equipment audio units.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the audio unit.
- Insert the special tools into the audio unit face plate, release the audio unit retaining clips and pull outward on the special tools while pulling the audio unit away from the instrument panel.

Vehicles with entertainment system







3. Disconnect the radio antenna lead-in cable and the radio electrical connectors.

Vehicles without entertainment system







4. Disconnect the radio antenna lead-in cable and the radio electrical connector.

INSTALLATION

All audio units
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
