Lubricate
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, driveshaft and u-joints for all Special Operating Conditions.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect and lubricate steering and suspension ball joints if using Special Operating Condition I or S only.
Inspect
    Wheels
      Check wheels for end play and noise.
    Vehicle
      Perform multi-point inspection (recommended). Refer to Multi-point Inspection procedure.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine cooling system and hoses.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines, hoses and parking brake system for all Special Operating Conditions.
    Air Filter Element
      Inspect air filter restriction gauge, replace filter as required.
Replace
    Wheel Bearing
      Replace 4x2 front wheel bearings, adjust wheel bearings and replace grease seals (if non-sealed bearings) for all Special Operating Conditions.
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
      Replace engine and frame mounted fuel filters.
    Fluid Filter - A/T
      Change automatic transmission external filter element.
    Fluid - Differential
      Change rear and/or front axle fluid - DANA axles not using synthetic fluid only. Refer to Normal Vehicle Axle Maintenance procedure.
    Fluid - A/T
    Engine Oil
      Replace engine oil for all Special Operating Conditions. Or every 6 months, whichever occurs first. Or every 200 hours of engine operation if using Special Operating Condition I only.
    Drive Belt
      Replace accessory drive belt(s).
    Coolant
      Change Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant. After initial change - change Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant every 3 years or 45,000 miles (72,000 km).
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect tires for wear and rotate.
