Test A: The Parking Brake Will Not Apply

Normal Operation
The parking brake system is an independent cable-actuated system controlled by a foot-operated parking brake control. The parking brake control engages the rear parking brake shoes through the cable system and an equalizer on the intermediate cable. Parking brake system cable tension is adjusted automatically.
