Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect wheel ends for end play and noise.
    Vehicle
      Check and top up fluid levels: brake, coolant recovery reservoir, manual and automatic transmission, power steering and window washer. Inspect tires for wear and check air pressure, including spare. Check exhaust system for leaks, damage, loose parts, and foreign material. Check battery performance. Check operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals and hazard warning lights. Check radiator coolers, heater and air conditioning hoses. Inspect windshield washer spray and wiper operation. Check windshield for cracks, chips and pitting. Inspect for oil and fluid leaks. Inspect engine air filter. Check shocks and struts and other suspension components for leaks and damage.
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
      If equipped.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, ball joints and suspension.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect and lubricate (if equipped with zerk fittings).
    Cooling System
      Every 15,000 miles (24,000 km), 600 hours of engine operation or as indicated by the instrument cluster message center
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines and hoses and parking brake system.
    Air Filter Element
      Inspect air filter restriction gauge, replace filter as required.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
      Replace engine- and frame-mounted fuel filters.
    Engine Oil
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires, inspect for wear and measure for tread depth (vehicles with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is noted).
