Inspect
    Vehicle
      Check and top up fluid levels: brake, coolant recovery reservoir, manual and automatic transmission, power steering and window washer. Inspect tires for wear and check air pressure, including spare. Check exhaust system for leaks, damage, loose parts, and foreign material. Check battery performance. Check operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals and hazard warning lights. Check radiator coolers, heater and air conditioning hoses. Inspect windshield washer spray and wiper operation. Check windshield for cracks, chips and pitting. Inspect for oil and fluid leaks. Inspect engine air filter. Check shocks and struts and other suspension components for leaks and damage.
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
      If equipped.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, ball joints and suspension.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect and lubricate (if equipped with zerk fittings).
    Cooling System
      Every 15,000 miles (24,000 km), 600 hours of engine operation or as indicated by the instrument cluster message center
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines and hoses and parking brake system.
    Air Filter Element
      Inspect air filter restriction gauge, replace filter as required.
Replace
    Wheel Bearing
      Install new front wheel bearings (if not sealed units). Replace wheel bearings (if non-sealed bearings)
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
      Replace engine- and frame-mounted fuel filters.
    Fluid - Differential
      Dana axles not using synthetic fluid only.
    Fluid - A/T
      Change automatic transmission/transaxle fluid and filter on all vehicles except 4F27E, TorqShift without external filter (filter not required on CD4E, 6F50, AWF-21 and FNR5). Change automatic transmission/transaxle fluid on all vehicles equipped with the TorqShift transmission and externally mounted remote filter.
    Engine Oil
    Drive Belt
      Replace drive belt(s) if not replaced in the last 100,000 miles.
    Coolant
      Change Premium Gold gold coolant at 6 months or 105,000 miles (wichever comes first). Then change every 3 years or 45,000 miles.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires, inspect for wear and measure for tread depth (vehicles with dual rear wheels should only rotate if unusual wear is noted).
