PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION

Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Inspect all affected vehicles to determine parts requirements.

Fuel Tank Assemblies

Replacement fuel tank assemblies must be ordered through the Special Service Support Center. Be prepared to provide your P&A code and the VIN.

Gasket & Fuel Neutralizer

Order parts through normal channels. (Note: PM-7-A Fuel Neutralizer is a Supplier Direct Ship part.)

Questions regarding parts should be directed to the Special Service Support Center or E-mailed.

PARTS RETENTION AND RETURN

Follow the provisions of the Warranty and Policy Manual for "Parts Retention and Return Procedures."

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
