Seat Cushion - 60 Percent

Disassembly

1. Remove the 60 percent seat. REFER to Seat .

2. Remove the 60 percent backrest. REFER to Seat Backrest - 60 Percent .

3. If equipped with deployable safety belts, remove the safety belt buckle and inflator. REFER to Safety Belt Buckle and Inflator - 2nd Row, 60 Percent Seat .

4. Remove the inboard recliner RH (Right Hand) cover.

5. Remove the pin-type retainer and screw from the inboard recliner LH (Left Hand) cover. Remove the inboard recliner LH (Left Hand) cover.

6. Remove the manual recline handle.

1. Locate the spring clip between the recline cover and handle.

2. Remove the spring clip and slide the manual recline handle off the shaft.






7. Pull to release the retainers and remove the outboard recliner outer cover.

- Pull the strap through the cover.

8. Remove the hinge assembly-to-cushion frame bolts and the hinge assembly.

9. Remove the outboard recliner.

1. Remove the 3 recliner cover screws.

2. Detach the outboard cable from the outboard recliner.

3. Remove the outboard recliner-to-cushion frame bolts.

4. Detach the inboard cable from the outboard recliner. Remove the outboard recliner.

10. Detach the LH (Left Hand) cable from the inboard recliner.

11. Remove the 3 inboard recliner-to-riser bolts, the inboard recliner-to-cushion frame yoke bolt and the inboard recliner.

12. Remove the cushion frame yoke-to-riser bolt, cushion frame-to-riser bolt, 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts and remove the riser.

13. Remove the screw and the stationary foot cover.

14. Remove the 2 screws from the riser LH (Left Hand) inner cover and remove the cover.

15. Remove the 3 screws from the riser LH (Left Hand) outer cover and remove the cover.

16. Remove the 2 screws from the riser RH (Right Hand) inner cover and remove the cover.

17. Remove the 3 screws from the riser RH (Right Hand) outer cover and remove the cover.

Assembly

1. Position the riser RH (Right Hand) outer cover and install the 3 screws.

2. Position the riser RH (Right Hand) inner cover and install the 2 screws.

3. Position the riser LH (Left Hand) outer cover and install the 3 screws.

4. Position the riser LH (Left Hand) inner cover and install the 2 screws.

5. Position the stationary foot cover and install the screw.

6. Position the cushion frame to the riser and hand start the cushion frame yoke-to-riser bolt, cushion frame-to-riser bolt and the 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts.

1. Install the 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts.
- Tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).

2. Install the cushion frame-to-riser bolt.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

3. Install the cushion frame yoke-to-riser bolt.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

7. Position the inboard recliner and install the 3 inboard recliner-to-cushion frame bolts and the inboard recliner-to-cushion frame yoke bolt in the sequence shown.





- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

8. Attach the LH (Left Hand) cable to the inboard recliner.

9. Install the outboard recliner.

1. Attach the inboard cable to the outboard recliner.

2. Install the outboard recliner-to-cushion frame bolts.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

3. Attach the outboard cable to the outboard recliner.

4. Install the 3 recliner cover screws.

10. Position the hinge assembly and install the hinge assembly-to-cushion frame bolts.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

11. Install the outboard recliner outer cover.

- Feed the strap through the cover.

12. Install the manual recline handle with the clip.

13. Position the inboard recliner LH (Left Hand) cover and install the pin-type retainer and screw.

14. Install the inboard recliner RH (Right Hand) cover.

15. If equipped with deployable safety belts, install the safety belt buckle and inflator. REFER to Safety Belt Buckle and Inflator - 2nd Row, 60 Percent Seat .

16. Install the 60 percent backrest. REFER to Seat Backrest - 60 Percent .

17. Install the 60 percent seat. REFER to Seat .
