Immediately contact any owner you know of whose name is not on the list. Give the owner a copy of the Owner Letter.

DISTRICT

Advise FPSD district office if:
^ An owner cannot be contacted.
^ An owner does not make a service date.


FPSD CONTACT
Talk with your FPSD Service Zone Manager about recall concerns.


REIMBURSEMENT
Submit claims using the 1864 format on the DWE screen. (Refer to your Warranty and Policy Manual Section 6.3 pages 5-8). Use an original repair order for your service record file.

CERTIFICATE
The State of California requires that Vehicle Emission Recall - Proof of Correction certificates be provided to California owners of cars serviced by this recall. Please assure that certificates are provided to California owners according to the instructions contained in AllDealer letter dated 10/31/91.
