PROGRAM TIMING - Extended coverage: 24 months/24,000 miles from
Warranty Start Date, or 6 months from date of Owner Letter regardless of mileage.


AFFECTED All 1989/90 model year Taurus 3.0L SHO cars.
VEHICLES

REASONS FOR The clutches on these cars may slip due to
THIS PROGRAM excessive clutch facing wear.

In addition to clutch slippage, these cars may also exhibit high clutch pedal efforts.

To correct these conditions, dealers are to replace the clutch disc, pressure plate assembly and flywheel assembly.

REFUNDS Only for owner-paid repairs made before date
of Owner Letter.
