Fig. 3 Radio Removal:

1. On models equipped with airbag, disarm airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. On all models, disconnect negative battery cable and isolate cable end with electrical tape.
3. Using radio removing tool No. T87P-19061 or equivalent, spread radio face plate. Fig. 3.
4. Remove radio, then disconnect antenna and electrical connectors.
5. On models equipped with airbag, reactivate airbag system.
