ISSUE:
The following documents, containing information about the 1993 Taurus 3.0L Flex Fuel Vehicle, have been released as a resource to support the FFV 1993 Program.

^ All-Dealer Letter outlining specific administrative procedures published April, 1993

Information in some of these documents announced FREE oil/oil changes and filter every 3,000 miles up to 60,000 miles. This synthetic oil is NOT available through Motorcraft.

ACTION:
Obtain this synthetic oil as a DIRECT ship from the supplier. To order the oil through the normal ordering system, use part number X0-10W30-FFV. To claim reimbursement for the oil changes, submit an 1863 Warranty Claim via DWE. The causal part number to be used for these oil changes is FFVOC and Program Code R16.
