^ NOISE - "SQUEAK" - AT TOP OF "B" PILLAR WHERE DOOR GLASS CONTACTS QUARTER WINDOW SEAL - CONVERTIBLE MODELS

FORD:
1994 MUSTANG

ISSUE:
A "squeaking" noise at the top of the "B" pillar may be caused by the door glass contacting the quarter window seal.

ACTION:
Apply "Krytox" GPL205 grease to the quarter window seal to eliminate the "squeaking" noise. Refer to the following procedure for service details.





1. Apply "Krytox" GPL205 grease to the under side and outboard side of the quarter window seal with the doors open, Figure 1.

2. Use an applicator for proper distribution. Do not use your fingers.

3. Use one 1/2 oz. tube of "Krytox" GPL205 grease per vehicle.
