Owners will be mailed labels with instructions for installation. If an owner should return to have a label installed, refer to the following for labor allowance and reimbursement information.

Label Ordering Information
Labels will be mailed directly to the owners of affected cars. If an owner returns requesting a label, order the label using the Vehicle Information and Warning Label program ordering instructions. This program was announced in June 1993. (If you are unable to locate the letter announcing this program, contact your regional office and reference PFB 93172DB60006, dated June 21, 1993).
