AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING - TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB DOES NOT REACH FULL COOL POSITION

FORD:
1995 MUSTANG

ISSUE:
The temperature control knob, on some vehicles, may not reach full cool position. Over-travel when moving knob to full heat can also occur. This is due to the cable attachment being indexed one tooth off at the factory.

ACTION:
Remove A/C Control Assembly and readjust A/C Temperature Control Cable as outlined in Section 12-03A of the 1995 Mustang Service Manual.
