Safety Belt With Anchor Plate Thread Damage

1. Remove the broken or stripped anchor bolt and discard it.
2. Drill out the internal threads in the anchor plate with a 27/64-inch drill.
3. Rethread the anchor plate with a 1/2-13 tap.
4. Blow out the chips.
5. Install a new anchor bolt and tighten to 38-78 Nm (28-58 lb-ft).
