1. Verify the customer concern by operating the headlamps.
2. Visually inspect for the obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

^ Damaged headlamp switch
^ Damaged multifunction switch

Electrical
^ Blown Battery Junction Box Fuse 2 (30 A)
^ Blown Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse 38 (20 A)
^ Blown CJB Fuse 4 (7.5 A)
^ Blown CJB Fuse 10 (7.5 A)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Blown headlamp bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
