Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the turn signal/hazard lamps.
2. Visually inspect for the obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Damaged multifunction switch

Electrical
^ Blown Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse 13 (15 A).
^ Blown CJB Fuse 30 (10 A).
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Damaged electronic flasher
^ Damaged turn signal/hazard lamp

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
