ISSUE

Some customers may have concerns that beverages will spill when put into the cup holder. This may be caused by the cup holder not being deep elough to fit large cups.


ACTION

Replace the cup holder with a revised cup holder. The revised cup holder has increased depth to reduce the possibility of beverages spilling. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.

SERVICE PROCEDURE


1. Grasp center divider of cup holder (by hand) and pull straight up to remove the holder.

2. Make sure all spring clips were removed with old cup holder.

3. Install new Cup Holder (XR3Z-6313562-AAA) with new clips by aligning the rear alignment tab on holder with slot in center and press holder down firmly until all spring clips are seated.
