Heater Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the evaporator core housing. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Evaporator Case, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Removal and Installation







2. Remove the foam weather seal.







3. Remove the screws and remove the heater core cover.
4. Remove the heater core.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Be sure to install a new oval foam weather seal around the heater core in let and outlet tubes.
