Suspension: Application and ID






The upper portion of the Vehicle Certification (VC) label contains the manufacturer name, the month and year of manufacture, the certification statement and the VIN. It also includes Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR). The VC label is located on the left-hand front door jamb.







Spring Codes
The spring code portion of the vehicle certification (VC) label identifies both the front and rear springs. The first letter/number indicates the front spring code. The second letter/number indicates the rear spring code.

The front spring codes are:
^ Base part number - 5310(RH/LH).
^ G - Catchword GGF.
^ H - Catchword HGF.
^ K - Catchword KGF.
^ L - Catchword LGF.
^ M - Catchword MGF.
^ N - Catchword NGF.
^ P - Catchword PGF.
^ R - Catchword RGF.
^ S - Catchword SGF.
^ T - Catchword TGF.
^ U - Catchword UGF.
^ V - Catchword VCF.
^ W - Catchword AAF.

The rear spring codes are:
