Parts are being direct shipped for those dealers identified by the North American Fleet Service Department.

As 87% of these affected vehicles are fleet vehicles, we have worked with the major fleet accounts to determine the dealers that they will be directing these repairs to or purchasing the parts from to complete the repairs. This resulted in identifying approximately 37,000 vehicles for which we will be shipping replacement pumps directly to the fleet selected dealers. These major fleet accounts will be contacting you directly regarding their pump replacement needs.

These dealers will receive notification via DOES II and additional notifications for each weekly stock order shipped. Any dealer that requires a module to repair a FFV may obtain one by calling the recall hotline and supplying the appropriate vehicle identification number.

DOR/COR number 50171 identifies parts ordered for this campaign through the Recall Hotline (1-800-325-5621).
