FSA VIN LIST ACTIVATED? Yes, for in-stock units only.

STOCK VEHICLES

Before demonstration or delivery, replace the VECI label on all in-stock vehicles, including the vehicles that had labels modified previously under the original bulletin. Dealers will receive a list of VINs and replacement VECI labels for in-stock affected vehicles. To order additional VECI labels, call the Special Service Support Center.

SOLD VEHICLES

New VECI labels are being mailed to owners; however, owners may choose to have the dealer install the label.

TITLE BRANDED / SALVAGED VEHICLES

Affected title branded and salvaged vehicles are eligible for this Field Service Action.

RELATED DAMAGE

Claims with related damage will not be accepted for reimbursement.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE).

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.

^ Claims for Labor Operation Code 04L22E, Modify Information on VECI Label, will not be accepted after 7/23/2004.
