INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND PANEL ILLUMINATION

Instrument Cluster and Dimmable Backlighting
The dimmable illumination components use both conventional illumination bulbs and light emitting diode (LED) bulbs. The following components are backlit using the conventional illumination bulbs:
- transmission range selector lever
- instrument cluster
- heater control panel

The following dimmable components are backlit using LED bulbs:
- hazard switch
- audio unit
- climate control assembly
- traction control switch
- LH and RH heated front seat switches

Non-Dimmable Backlighting
The non-dimmable backlighting consists of:
- headlamp switch
- driver window control switch
- passenger window control switch
- RH rear window control switch
- LH rear window control switch
