PINPOINT TEST A: ALL POWER WINDOWS ARE INOPERATIVE - FRONT AND REAR POWER WINDOWS

A1-A2:

Normal Operation
With the ignition switch in the START or RUN position, voltage is supplied to the driver window control switch from the central junction box (CJB) on circuits 15-LH14 (GN/YE), 15-AJ7 (GN/BU) and 15-AJ10 (GN/OG). Circuit 15-LH14 (GN/YE) provides voltage to the switch illumination light emitting diodes (LED). Circuit 15-AJ7 (GN/BU) is spliced off circuit 15-LH14 (GN/YE) and provides voltage for the driver window control, the front passenger window control and the driver window one-touch down control. Circuit 15-AJ10 (GN/OG) provides voltage for the LH and RH rear window controls. All window control switches share a common ground, circuit 31-AJ7 (BK).

Possible Causes
- fuse(s)
- circuit 15-AJ7 (GN/BU) open
- circuit 15-AJ10 (GN/OG) open
- circuit 31-AJ7 (BK) open
- driver window control switch assembly
