ISSUE
Some 2010 Fusion Hybrid and Milan Hybrid vehicles built prior to 06/21/2009 with English (MPH) speedometers, and vehicles built prior to 06/25/2009 with metric (KPH) speedometers, may exhibit an inoperative speedometer pointer. During this condition, all other features and functions will operate properly including backlighting illumination.

ACTION
Reprogram the instrument cluster module to the latest calibration using IDS release 61.10 and higher or 62.1 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2009.7 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
