PARTS INFORMATION
Parts required to complete this campaign (except Velcro) are to be obtained from General Motors Service Parts Operations (GMSPO). Please refer to your "involved vehicles listing" prior to ordering requirements. Normal orders should be placed on a DRO = Daily Replenishment Order. An emergency requirement should be ordered on a CSO = Customer Special Order.
* An initial supply of velcro will be mailed with campaign bulletin. Only vehicles with Remote Keyless Entry will require velcro. For additional velcro, Chevrolet dealers should contact the Dealer Assistance Center at 1-800-243-8454; GMC dealers should contact Vispac at 1-800-923-2000. DO NOT ORDER VELCRO THROUGH GMSPO.
CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
Customers will be notified of this campaign on their vehicles by General Motors (see copy of divisional customer letter(s) included with this bulletin).
