This bulletin should be added to Sections 9J, 9J-A, and 9J-B in the 1990 GEO Storm Service Manual (ST371-90).





The SIR disable/enable procedures on pages 9J-6, 9J-A-6, and 9JB-2, 3, 4 and 5 refer to removing the SIR fuse # 3 when disabling the SIR system. This is incorrect. The correct SIR fuses to remove, located in the fuse block below the driver's side instrument panel are fuses C-22 and C-23 (Figure 1).

Remove these two fuses whenever performing service on the SIR system or on the steering column.
